The Chromebook Ambassador Program was designed to equip retail staff with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively promote Chromebook products. My role in the project included creating a comprehensive and engaging microlearning experience.

I led the development of visual and instructional content, ensuring the training was both accessible and informative for ambassadors. By integrating AI-driven learning modules and visual assets, the program was launched successfully and met key business goals for product education.

| Instructional Design

I developed microlearning modules for the Chromebook Ambassador Program using Articulate Rise 360, focusing on delivering concise, high-impact training. The modules covered product knowledge, sales techniques, and key messaging, all designed to be interactive and user-friendly. I collaborated closely with the Chromebook team to ensure the content aligned with their objectives, making sure it was accessible for ambassadors at all levels of technical proficiency. The instructional content was optimized for mobile learning, ensuring seamless integration on the app and LMS platforms.

| The App Store

As part of the program’s mobile app launch, I designed the assets and look for the app icon that represents the Chromebook Ambassador Program in the App Store and Google Play Store. The goal was to create a sleek, professional, and easily recognizable icon that reflects the program’s modern and tech-savvy ethos. My design was chosen to represent the app, ensuring that it aligns with the overall branding and visual identity of the program

| Graphic Assets

In addition to the app store icon, I designed various graphic assets used throughout the program. These included custom illustrations, infographics, and branded visuals that enhanced both the web and app learning experiences. The goal was to create engaging visuals that made complex information easy to digest while maintaining Chromebook’s clean and minimalistic branding.
